Small Update - Slight Good News

So quick update on the game, Over the past month/two months i have been making very little progress, which if I am being honest, is more than i expected, because I have been very busy actively developing a Server for a friend for FiveM.
In the times where I have been able to put in work on my game, it has been very little, but over the time its enough that I can say, if people want a peek at whats to come, Go ahead.
Basically I have the game hosted on my Local PC(Running servers and whatnot), And people can access the game with the updated stuff through their browser of choice.
Before You go any further and ask for access, I want to be 100% Clear.

YOU ARE CONNECTED TO MY PERSONAL MACHINE, I AM NO SECURITY EXPERT, I PERSONALLY DONT DO ANYTHING WITH THE P2P CONNECTION BETWEEN MY PC AND YOUR BROWSER, PEOPLE HAVE TRIED TO MALICIOUSLY ACCESS THIS SAME MACHINE. And with that I stopped the way they were trying to access it. but as I said, i am no Security Expert, I barely know how to run the webserver running the game to browsers.

If you are ok with that and the potential risks connecting to my machine for a early look, Please Comment here and I will Give you the User:Password + URL to the game.

Remember, This is not a whole big update, this is what ive been able to accomplish in my spare time while very actively dev'ing for a FiveM Server.

Along with the Connection Details, I Will give a short list of what ive added(Its not very big), but its something. With this update, I have tried to experiment with different approaches to different mechanics, You will see the difference. Please those who want to test, give feedback. I Dont care if its negative or positive, I Just want peoples honest opinions.

Don't trust people over the internet man

Would be more than willing to test or give feedback on mechanics. Really liked your initial take and am always intrigued on what mechanics designers think of.

I'm interested in what you got so far! I'd be happy to give it a test

wouldn't it be safer to host it in an unlisted itch page rather than host it on your personal computer, does itch ask for pay to host stuff like that?

Ok, after googling how to upload a RPGMaker Project into itch, I Found out how.
I Might've been pretty dumb, I Just had to zip it and upload it.
New problem though, at the time of writing this, I Cannot(or anyone) play the game in browser, Itch says the ZIP Contains too many tiles for use on their site.

So I Contacted their support, and hope to have it resolved sometime soon'ish.

For now, I Will just wait on Itch's response, but if people really want to try it before Itch responds, I can give them access to it on my local webserver.

Could I get access the webserver? Appreciate the work on the game :]

(1 edit)

I cant DM on Itch sadly, Ive been trying to fix something else most of the day, but if you dont mind Adding me on Discord, Should be Jame320 same as here on twitch, I can send you the details.

Also send a message with the friend invite, saying your from itch, if thats ok

Sorry its taken this long.

and with that, i have been doing alot of work today, its 1:50am, and im going to try and get some sleep, If anyone checks this before I wake up, I will check it in the morning.

Thanks everyone for the support!
